Southern Pointe offers everything residents love — plenty of storage, all appliances included with in-unit laundry, garages, an elevator and playground, and even internet access included in rent.

Most apartments (not all) are income restricted.
Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students.
Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
Security deposit: 1 month's rent
Utilities included in your rent: Water, sewer, trash
